Friends of SDSU reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any portion of the site at any time with or without notice to you. You agree that Friends of SDSU, its subsidiaries, affiliates, content providers, or other related entities shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuance of our site.

2. Terminating Your Use of Our Site

Friends of SDSU reserves the right to terminate your access to our site for any reason, and to take any other actions that Friends of SDSU, in its sole discretion, believes to be in the interest of our organization, etiquette, and of our users as a whole. It is our policy, pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), to terminate use of our site by repeat copyright infringers. You agree that Friends of SDSU, its subsidiaries, affiliates, content providers, or other related entities will not be liable to you or any third party in the event of such termination.
